Troubleshooting both hardware and software problems. -- Fixed rate $15.00

Installing a component (hard drive, floppy, CD-rom, etc.) $10.00.

Installing two components -- $15.00.

Major upgrade and custom system assembly -- $35.00.

Installing a simple software application -- $10.00.

Installing an operating system with drivers and updates -- $30.00.

There is no sales tax on labor.

If you have a problem you are willing to share with others, send me your questions in an e-mail with your name, address and phone number. I will attempt to answer your questions, reply to your e-mail and post your questions and my answers on a FAQ page. This will be a free service and will save a lot of repetitive work.
